低温弱光下k-1杂交酸模叶绿素荧光及膜脂脂肪酸的变化 被引量:5

摘要 低温弱光胁迫下黄瓜叶片的最大光化学效率 (Fv/Fm)和实际光化学效率 (Fv /Fm )急剧下降 ,而酸模叶片的Fv/Fm和ФPSII只轻微下降。低温处理后 ,酸模PG饱和脂肪酸含量下降 ,有利于提高膜的稳定性 ;Trans 3 16∶1含量下降程度不大 ,LHCⅡ寡聚体解聚程度不严重 。 During low temperature and weak light stress,Fv/Fm and ФPSII in Rumex leave s were higher than that in cucumber leaves.Content of saturated fatty acids of P G in Rumex leaves decreased under low temperature and weak light,which is be nefited to enhance membrane stability under low temperature.Trans-3-16∶1 in Rumex leaves decreased less than in cucumber under stress,indicating the sli ght degradation of LHCII oligmer.This might be important for Rumex to mainta in higher photochemical activity under low temperature.
