摘要
报道了NC306型甲醇合成催化剂在兖矿鲁南化肥厂100kt/a低压甲醇装置上的应用,尤其是入塔气组成和氢碳比对甲醇合成反应的影响,并提出行之有效的催化剂保护措施。
Application of NC306 methanol synthesis catalyst in a 100 kt/a lowpressure methanol plant at Yankuang Lunan Fertiliser Plant was described. The influences of composition of inlet gas and H2/C on methanol synthesis results were discussed and measures for protection of the catalyst proposed.
