摘要
考察了西方发达国家律师权威的生成原因,并分析了我国律师的历史和现状,指出律师权威的生成既是目前中国律师摆脱困境、救亡图存之路,也是一个与时俱进的过程。我们要认真对待和汲取西方发达国家有益经验,促进我国律师权威的生成。
By studying the causes of the formcotion of lawgefs authority in the western developed nations and analyzing the history and statusquo of the lawyers in China, this paper the formation of lawyer's authority is a progressive way out for China's legal profession to getrid of dissiouties. It is believed that to make full use of the good experience of the Western countries is essential to the formation of layer's authority.
