摘要
从急性发作期、撤减激素反跳期、慢性活动期三期来探讨中医论治风湿病发热。急性发作期发热按卫、气、营、血辨证 ,治以疏风清热、清气分热、清营透气、凉血清营、清热解毒 ;撤减激素反跳期发热按气虚、脾肾阳虚辨证 ,治以益气养阴、清热温散、清营温通 ;慢性活动期按阴虚、血瘀辨证 ,治以滋阴清热 ,清热散瘀。
Discuss the differentiation and treatment of fever caused by rheumatic diseases according to three stages,acute attack stage,corticosterone reduction stage and chroninc active stage.At acute stage,based on the differentiation of Wei,Qi,Ying and Blood system,choose the methods of dispersing wind and clearing away heat,clearing away the heat located in the Qi system,eliminating the heat of Ying system through Qi system,cooling blood and clearing away the Ying system,clearing away toxic heat.In the process of corticosterone reduction,according to the differentiation of Qi deficiency,Yang insufficiency of spleen and kidney,use methods of relenishing Qi and nourishing Yin,clearing away heat and warming the channels and meridians,clearing away Ying system and activating Yang with drugs pungent in flavor and warm in property.At the chronic stage,methods of nourishing Yin and clearing away heat,elminating heat and removing blood stasis are used according to the differentiation of Yin deficiency and blood stasis.
