摘要
本文通过牙釉质的发育过程阐述了釉质蛋白质在龋进展中发挥作用的生物学基础 ;并通过近年来的研究文献从牙釉质蛋白质对早期釉质龋脱矿的影响及蛋白水解酶与釉质龋的关系两方面综述了釉质蛋白质在龋发生中的作用。
In this article the biological action of enamel protein to hydroxyapatite is abstracted.Simulta- neously,the affect of enamel protein acting on enamel demineralization and the ralationship of proteolytic enzymes to caries are explained.From which, effects of enamel protein on caries are described. [
