摘要
采用半连续反应过程 ,使用NKC -9离子交换树脂细粉 ,改变催化剂浓度、反应温度、反应压力、搅拌转速和异丁烯浓度等条件 ,对异丁烯水合反应动力学进行了实验研究。利用数学模型和非线性最小二乘法对实验数据进行了参数识别 ,得到了动力学模型参数。应用该反应动力学模型对异丁烯水合反应过程进行模拟 。
Kinetics of isobutylene hydration reaction catalyzed by fine powder of NKC-9 ion exchange resin,and effects of catalyst concentration,temperature,pressure,stirring rate and isobutylene concentration on reaction were studied in a semibatch reactor.Parameters of kinetics were estimated from experimental data by using mathematical model and the method of least squares,and the kinetic equation was obtained.Simulation of semi-continuous hydration process by using the kinetic equation showed that the calculated results agreed very well with experimental data.
