摘要
本文介绍一种新型的一体化膨胀型的防火涂料清漆,它由两个组分构成,一个是可酸固化的氨基树脂,另一个是酸性的磷酸酯,由磷酸与一种或几种多元醇缩聚而成。固化后形成的交联分子中同时含有成炭催化剂、成炭剂和发泡剂的分子链段。因而它是单相体系,能在不添加任何其他组分的情况下成为膨胀型的防火涂料,形成高度透明的涂层,并具有优于传统膨胀型防火涂料的防火性能。
A new integral intumescent fireproof clear coating is a two pack system, a composition obtained by combining one or more aminoformaldehyde resins and a mixture of mono- and di- esters of orthophosphoric acid with one or more polyols. This cross-linked molecules after curing contain molecular chain segments of carbonific catalysts, carbonific agents and spumific agents at the same time, combined in a macromolecule instead of existing in separate phases. So intumescent fireproof coating can be prepared to form highly transparent coat without addition of any other components. Compared with conventional intumescent coating it has more effective fireproof properties.
