摘要
本文结合我国开发CIMS的情况,分析了CIMS的复杂系统特性,提出了要用系统工程方法开发CIMS的观点,并阐述了一些如何适合国情的看法和做法。
In the light of recent developments of CIMS in this country, the author analyses the complex character of CIMS, proposes to develop CIMS by systems engineering method. Finally he expounds some views and methods to suit the actual situation of China.
