摘要
江总书记“七一”讲话指出：在坚持党的先进性的同时，要不断扩大党的群众基础，提高党的社会影响力。贯彻“七一讲话精神，结合高校党建实际，就要在坚持原则、保证质量的前提下，逐步扩大学生党员队伍，不断提高党在青年学生中的影响力和感召力。
Jiang Zemin-the general secretary of the Party pointed out at the Party's 80th birthday ceremony:We should increasingly extand the mass basis of our Party, enlarge the Party's influence on the society while persisting in the advanced quality of the Party. In order to carry out this policy, we should enlarge the number of college students member, improve their influence among the students according to college's reality and guaranteeing the quality of the members.
