摘要
在磷酸介质中,Cu2+离子与间羧基苦胺酸偶氮变色酸反应生成络合比为1:2的稳定蓝色络合物,该络合物在663nm处有最大吸收,其摩尔吸光系数为2.88×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu2+离子含量在0-25-25μg/ml范围内遵守比尔定律,方法用于铝合金中铜含量的测定,铜的标准回收率在95%~102%之间,结果满意。
In a medium of phosphoric acid, a stable blue complex if formed between copper(Ⅱ)ion and picramazochrom-m-COOH with its maxium absorption at 663 nm and apparent molar absorptivity of 2.88×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 , the composition of the complex is detected to be mk: Cu(Ⅱ ) = 2 : 1. Beer' law is obeyed in the concentration range o f 1 - 25 μg/25 ml of Cu(Ⅱ) . This method has been applied to the determination of copper(Ⅱ) in aluminium alloys with a satisfactory result of a standard recovery of 95%-102% .
