摘要
目的:探讨急性结膜炎临床用药现状。方法:观察、分析细菌性、病毒性等结膜炎共计300例用药疗效。结果:平均7天治愈为79.2％,换药后治愈为18.1％,转化为角膜炎为2.7％。结论:开展药物疗效研究有利于提高眼科临床用药水平。
OBJECTIVE: To probe the present situation of drugs used for acute conjunctivitis. METHODS: To analyse the therapeutic effects of drugs on 300 cases of bacterial or viral conjunctivitis. RESULTS: 79. 2% of the patients were cured in an average period of 7d, 18.1% of the patients were cured after change of the drug used and 2. 7% of the patients had their conjunctivitis turned to keratitis. CONCLUSION: Study on therapeutic effects of drugs will promote the level of drug-use in ophthamology.
