摘要
粉末高温合金已经成为高性能航空发动机发展的关键材料。本文研究的FGH96粉末属于第二代高温合金粉末。通过对其显微组织和夹杂的分析 ,发现粉末表面光滑完整 ,各个粒度级别的粉末均具有较好的球形度 ;不同粒度粉末有着不同的枝晶间距 ;利用水淘选法进行粉末夹杂的收集 ,利用能谱分析进行夹杂的定性分析 ,主要有高Si、高Ca。
The microstructure and inclusion of FGH96 P/M superalloy are studied .The results show that the surface of powder are glossy and intact,The powder with different size have different dendrite distance.There are several type―Si,Ca of inclusion through SEM.
