摘要
马殷父子统治湖南期间 ,实行铜铅铁钱并行 ,提高商人的政治地位 ,设法与中原及邻国通商 ,努力把潭州建设成商业都市 ,使湖南出现了自战国时的楚国、汉代长沙国后的第三次商业繁荣。
During their domination of Human,Ma Yin and his son carried out a policy of allowing both Copper cash and Iron cash in use,improving businessmen's political status and trying to do trades with neighbouring districts and with Central Plains in order to build Tangzhou into a commercial city.All this had made a third business boom in Hunan,since the Chu State of the Warring States and Changsha State of Han Dynasty.
