摘要
在城市快速轨道交通线路的终端 ,一般均设置了滑动式缓冲挡车器 ,这种挡车器虽然结构简单 ,但明显的不足之处是要有一定的摩阻滑动距离 ,因此设备占用线路的长度相应较长。而在地铁中每延长米隧道的综合造价较高 ,如能缩短挡车器的设备长度 ,也就相应节约了地铁的造价。采用液压油缸开发地下铁道液压缓冲挡车器 ,不但工作性能平稳 ,而且设备长度较短。该项目已由上海市科学技术委员会鉴定通过 ,并推广至上海市轨道交通
A sliding stop buffer is normally installed at the terminal end of a rapid urban rail transit line. This type of stop buffer is simple in structure; however, it requires certain distance for friction sliding. For the purpose of reducing construction cost of subway, a hydraulic stop buffer was developed. This type of stop buffer has such advantages as dependable performance and less occupancy of track length. This product has passed the appraisal by Shanghai Science and Technology Committee, and has been used for Shanghai Rail Transit Line 4.
