摘要
与传统的蒸汽裂解技术相比 ,催化裂解拓宽了裂解原料范围 ,能够提高低碳烯烃的产率和选择性 ,大幅度降低能耗 ,并可灵活调整产品结构。综述了裂解装置、原料性质、催化剂类型和操作条件等方面对催化裂解过程和裂解产物分布的影响 。
Compared with conventional steam pyrolysis, catalytic pyrolysis has particular advantages. It can expand the range of pyrolysis feedstocks, increase the yields and selectivity of light olefins, reduce energy cost, and adjust flexibly products distribution. With author's own researches, the influencing factors of operation parameters on catalytic pyrolysis processes and their products distribution,such as pyrolysis units, feedstock properties, catalyst types and operation conditions are reviewed in this paper. All of these factors have significant effects on the catalytic pyrolysis processes, and feedstock properties and catalysts are the two key ones.
