摘要
目的 研究芪栀消炎颗粒对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 BALB/C小鼠以环磷酰胺 (80mg/kg ,SC ,qd× 5 )诱导免疫功能低下小鼠模型 ,用芪栀消炎颗粒 (16、8、4g/kg)连续ig给药 2 1d ,采用ConA或LPS诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应的MTT法 ,观察芪栀消炎颗粒对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响 ;采用SRBC的定量溶血测定法 ,观察芪栀消炎颗粒对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。结果 芪栀消炎颗粒(16、8g/kg)能明显增强环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠的脾淋巴细胞的增殖能力以及抗体形成细胞产生抗体的功能。
Objective To study immunological effects of q izhi xiaoyan keli (QZXYKL). Methods The immunosuppressed BALB/C mice were induced by cyclophosphamide (80 mg/kg,SC,qd×5). Qizhi xiaoyan keli(16?8?4 g/kg,ig,qd×21) was administrated to immunosuppressed mice. Splenocyte proliferation induced by ConA or LPS was detected with MTT. The function of antibody-forming cell was detected with quantitative haemolysis of SRBC. Results Qizhi xiaoyan keli (16?8 g/kg) enhanced the proliferation of murine lymphocytes induced by ConA or LPS. The function of antibody-forming cell was also promoted after the administration of qizhi xiaoyan keli (16?8 g/kg). Conclusion QZXYKL can inhance immunological activity in the immunosuppressed mice.
