护理管理者在继续教育中的组织作用十分重要 ,主要表现在教育护理人员加深对继续教育客观规律的认识 ,激发主动参与的积极性 ,坚持继续教育的系统性 ,增强继续教育的持续性 ;制订切实可行的继续教育计划 ,计划要兼顾工作任务、学历情况、技术现状 ,对计划实施有效的监督 ,抓计划落实的细化 ;
Nursing administrators play a very important role in organizing continuing education. The roles of the nursing administrator include helping nurses know the objective rules in the continuing education, arousing the nurse's enthusiasm for participation, and performing the systemic and lasting plan. While drawing up the educational plan, the nursing administrator should consider nurses' work,their educational level and technology. In the process, the administrator should perform effective supervision to improve educational outcomes.
