摘要
以乙酰苯胺为原料,经过F-C酰基化、α 溴代、胺解成盐等3步反应合成了1 (4 氨基苯基) 2 二乙胺基 1 丙酮盐酸盐。溴代反应是用0 12mol的1 (4 乙酰胺基苯基) 1 丙酮和0 13mol溶于乙醇的溴在60℃下反应2~3h。通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱及元素分析等方法确定了目标化合物的结构。该化合物是一种新型水溶性光引发剂。
1-(4-Aminophenyl)-2-diethylamino-1-propanone hydrochloride was synthesized from acetanilide through Friedel-Crafts acylation,α-bromination and amination.Bromination was carried out using 0.12 mol 1-(4-acetylaminophenyl)-1-propanone and 0.13 mol bromine dissolved in ethanol at 60 ℃ for 2-3 h.The structure of the target compound was determined by UV,IR,1HNMR,MS and elementary analysis.It is a new water-soluble photoinitiator.
