摘要
本文在阐述了组织结构和跨国公司概念的基础上,运用高绍尔—诺瑞亚提出的环境与组织结构关系的模型,追踪并分析了跨国公司组织结构变迁路径与环境变动的关系。最后,根据熵原理,提出了跨国公司组织结构发展的方向。
Based on the definition of organization structure and multinational corporations, this paper applied Ghoshal & Nohria Model to the analysis of the developing path of multinational corporations' organization structure , and the relationship between the path and environment changing. In the end, according to entropy theory, it brought forward the developing direction of organization structure of multinational corporations.
