摘要
采用正交试验设计,研究了合成温度、保温时间、摩尔配比及预烧温度四因素对合成钛酸铝性能的影响。结果表明,随着合成温度的提高,钛酸铝含量增加,热膨胀系数降低,在1873K合成的钛酸铝,含量高达95%。热膨胀系数接近于零,得到了较好的合成条件。当摩尔配比偏离化学计量时,有利于钛酸铝的合成。
The effect of synthesis temperature, soak time, molar ratio and presintering temperature on the synthesis of AT is studied by means of the orthogonal experimental de- thermal expansion of AT decreases with the increase in synthesis temperature, the content of AT being 95% at 1873K. CTE of AT is close to zero. The better synthesis conditions of AT are obtained. The factor of molar ratio is favorable to the synthesis of AT when it is de- viated from stoichiometry.
