摘要
比较了大枣多糖的多种提取方法。结果表明,复合酶法为最佳提取方法,即调pH=7,先加胰蛋白酶3%,65℃水温浸1.5h,再加木瓜蛋白酶2.5%,55℃温浸1h。
The different extraction methods of polysaccharide in zizyphus jujuba MILL. were compared. The result showed that the compound enzymatic way was the best one. The optimum extraction conditions were to add 3 percent of trypsin and extract 2h at temperature 65℃, pH value 7 and then add 2.5 percent of papain, temperature 55℃, pH value 7 and extract 1 h.
