摘要
针对目前油田中普遍应用的游梁式抽油机能量浪费问题,提出了一种双循环互平衡节能型抽油机的设计理论,对老式游梁式抽油机和双循环互平衡节能型抽油机进行了运动和动力学的解析分析,给出了算例并进行了计算机仿真,在仿真中用力向量矢端曲线和直角坐标曲线两种形式形象、直观地反映出各铰链力的大小和方向.仿真和分析结果表明,该种双循环互平衡节能型抽油机可以节能50%以上.
In order to resolve the problem that energy is wasted as pumping units used commonly at present, a kind of designing theory about energy saving type pumping unit with double circulation is put forward in the paper. Kinematics and dynamics analysis about the original pumping unit with wandering girder and the energy saving type pumping unit with double circulation is made. An example and simulation is given at the end of the paper. In the simulation, direction and magnitude of force at all gemels is imaged directly with the curve of the end of vector about the force and the coordinates curve. The result indicates that the pumping units with double circulation and each other balance each other can economize largely source of energy above 50%.
