摘要
长期以来,由于诸多方面的原因,乡镇卫生院处于相对“萧条”状态。乡镇卫生院改革是大家讨论的热点之一,也是农村卫生改革的关键所在。通过对山东省乡镇卫生院的现状分析,找出问题所在,并提出相应对策。
For all kinds of reasons, township hospitals have been stagnant relatively for a long time. The reformation of township hospitals are one of the hot topics people discuss. And it also the key to the reformation of rural health. Through analyzing the current condition of township hospitals in Shandong Province, we point out the main problems and also give the corresponding improved measures.
