摘要
自从医院营销的服务理念引入医院后引起广大医院管理者注意。由于不同的组织有不同的营销思维方式,讨论性的文章不少,付诸实践的不多,对于如何将市场营销的理念和方法应用在实际的管理中确实值得深究。医院前线服务中心概念的首次提出和在广东省人民医院的实践不失为医院营销的很好典范。
Since the concept of hospital marketing was introduced to hospitals, it has attracted the attention of many hospital leaders. Different organizations differs in their thinking mode of marketing. There are many articles discussing on this topic, but few hospitals apply it to practice. It is worth of probing into bow to apply marketing concept and practice to the actual management. The primary appearance of the concept of hospital fronthne service center and its application in Guangdong Provincial People's hospital set a very good example of hospital marketing.
