摘要
本文讨论了沼气发酵微生物群对22种植物成份的生理反应。CH_4产量测定表明,这群微生物对源于植物的糖类、多糖类、鞣质及两种有机酸等能正常利用;对生物碱、萜类等则不能利用,甚至表现中毒。因此,在研究太阳能-植物-沼气系统的植物问题时,对植物化学成份的特点必须予以足够注意。
This paper concerns the physiological reaction of methane fermentation microbes group to 22 plant secondary constitutes.The experiments were carried out by using mixture of methane fermentation microbes group at 20℃.It was observed that 9 alkaloids are toxic,and at the concentration of 5000 ppm of alkaloid the ags productions of fermentation fluid are 59.9-100.0% lower than that of control.
