摘要
制备了一种浅色EPDM海绵橡胶,并对其各项性能进行了表征。考察了不同促进剂体系对EPDM海绵橡胶硫化特性和各项性能的影响。结果表明,当硫化速率与发泡剂分解速率平衡时才能制得性能良好的海绵橡胶。本实验首次在橡胶材料中引入了2,2′-(4,4′-二苯乙烯基-)双苯并噁唑(商品名:荧光增白剂OB-1),配合金红石型二氧化钛/群青体系对EPDM海绵橡胶进行增白。结果表明,OB-1与二氧化钛/群青对浅色EPDM海绵橡胶增白效果较好。
In this experiment,a type of light color EPDM expanded rubber material was prepared and the performances of this material were characterized.Influence of curing characteristics of different accelerators systems on properties of EPDM expanded rubber was also investigated.Experimental results indicated that EPDM expanded rubber with good comprehensive performances can be obtained when curing rate and blowing rate of blowing reagents reached an equilibrium state.In this study,for the first time,fluorescent whitening reagent 2,2′-(1,2-ethenediyldi-4,1-phenylene)bis-benzoxazol(OB-1)was introduced into rubber additive system to whitening rubber material.The combination of OB-1/rutile titanium dioxide/ultramarine showed favorable whitening effect on light color EPDM expanded rubber.
