跌落式熔断器是一种常见的电路短路保护器。文中总结常见的10 kV杆上跌落式熔断器故障原因,包括跌落式熔断器熔丝刻断、熔丝爆断、产品质量以及不当操作等。根据电路实际选择正确的产品、建立日常检修制度、严控采购产品质量问题以及对工作人员进行培训保证规范操作等改进措施,以减少10 kV杆上跌落式熔断器常见故障的发生。
Drop out type fuse is a kind of common circuit short circuit protector.This paper summarizes the common10 kV rod drop type fuse failure including drop fuse fused,fuse broken,carved off the product quality and improper operation etc.According to the actual choice of the actual circuit products,the establishment of the daily maintenance system,strict control of the quality of the procurement of products and staff to conduct training to ensure that the operation of standardized operations,etc,the occurrence of common faults of drop out type fuse on 10 kV rod is reduced consequently.
