摘要
文中对传统膜过滤装置进行创新优化设计。通过对TRIZ理论和可拓学的研究,提出了将TRIZ与可拓学相结合的产品创新优化方法,并给出了该创新方法的具体实施步骤;分析了传统膜过滤装置的不足以及其创新优化需要解决的主要矛盾,并基于该方法对膜过滤装置进行了创新优化。新设计的创新型膜过滤装置相比于传统装置,其性能明显提高。将TRIZ理论和可拓学相结合的创新优化方法应用于产品的创新优化设计,可以有效地解决产品创新中的难题,提高产品的创新优化效率。
The traditional membrane filtration device is innovated in this article.Through the study of TRIZ theory and Extenics,a new method of combining TRIZ with Extenics for the optimization of product innovation is proposed,and the specific implementation steps of the innovation methods is also given;the insufficient of traditional membrane filtration device and the main contradiction of innovating have been analyzed,and the traditional membrane filtration device based on this method is innovated.Compared to traditional device,the performance of the new design of innovative membrane filtration device has been improved significantly.The innovative method of combining TRIZ with Extenics is applied to product innovation design optimization,which can effectively solve the difficult problems in product innovation and improve the efficiency of the optimization of product innovation.
