摘要
综述了近年来国内外导热塑料的研究进展及其在LED灯具领域的应用,论述了导热塑料的优缺点。使用FloEFD软件对导热塑料替代铝合金作为LED灯具外壳或热沉的可行性进行了热模拟,给出了创新型塑包铝设计的热解决方案。设计和制造塑包铝注塑模具并采用帝斯曼Stanyl TC155制备试样,经过热测试和性能分析,阐明了导热塑料具有质量轻、辐射散热能力强、触感更舒适、安全又环保等优势,可使工程设计更自由,是LED灯具材质的研究发展方向之一。
This article reviewed the domestic and foreign research progress about thermal conductive plastics,and their application in LED lighting field.The advantages and disadvantages of thermal conductive plastics are also discussed.The FloEFD software of Mentor Graphics is used to simulate and analyze the possibility of using thermal conductive plastics to replace aluminum material as housing or heat sink of LED light,from which an innovative thermal solution-plastic coated aluminum is obtained.The injection mold of plastic coated aluminum is designed and fabricated and is used to get some samples with DSM Stanyl TC155 thermal conductive plastics.After thermal tests and heat-flux analysis of these samples,it is showed that thermal conductive plastics has advantages of lighter weight,higher thermal radiation performance,more comfortable touching feeling,more safe and more friendly to environment.And it can make engineering design more flexible and is an important developing direction of the LED lighting material.
