本文从理论上给出行星视表面光学中心和其行星心之差r与行星位相角ψ之间的变化关系,从而给出光电中星仪测定行星赤经的修正方法。
This paper deals with the problem of how the displacement between the photocentre and the true center of planetary surface varies with the phase angle of the planet. It leads to a method of correction for the determination of planetary right ascension by photoelectric transit instrument,
