摘要
文章运用文献调查、定性分析和定量分析法对国内图书馆智慧服务研究现状进行梳理,从图书馆智慧服务理论与实践基础、图书馆及馆员智慧服务创新、智慧图书馆角色定位及职能优化、高校图书馆与公共图书馆智慧服务四个方面进行了综述。在剖析研究特点的基础上,发现国内图书馆智慧服务呈现基础理论研究仍将会进一步加强、研究内容更加专业化具体化、应用研究将会增加的研究趋势,得出后续应该加强图书馆智慧服务应注重理论创新研究、深化研究内容、加强图书馆智慧服务应用及实证相关研究的结论。
Using the method of literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,the authors have a review on the domestic research status quo of library intelligence service from the aspects of the basis of theory and practice of wisdom library services,library and librarians’service innovation,wisdom library role orientation and function optimization,the intelligence services in both the university libraries and public libraries.On the basis of analyzing research characteristics,it is found that the trend of intelligence service in Chinese libraries shows that it will further strengthen basic theory research,make the research content more specialized and more concrete,and increase applied research.It concludes that domestic libraries should pay attention to the research of theory innovation,deepen research content,and strengthen the applied and empirical research of library intelligence services.
