摘要
公共图书馆服务均等化是公共文化服务均等化的重要组成部分,对于保障我国公民基本文化权利、提高文化素养有着重要意义。本文介绍了我国公共图书馆服务均等化的研究现状和实践情况,指出存在着区域差异、城乡差异和群体差异等问题,在此基础上综合考虑政府、社会、公共图书馆和公众四个层面的因素,提出了解决问题的措施。
The equalization of public library service is an important part of the equalization of public cultural service.It is of great significance for safeguarding the basic cultural rights of our citizens and improving cultural quality.The article introduces the research status and practice of equalization of public library service in China,and points out that there are regional differences,urban-rural differences and group differences and other issues.On this basis,this paper puts solutions to the problem considering factors of the government,society,public libraries and the public.
