摘要
目的 矫正长期配戴义眼患者的眼部畸形。方法 18例患者首先植入羟基磷灰石义眼台 ,术后 0 .5a应用Med por眼睑插片矫正下睑松弛无力 ,再通过适宜手术矫正上睑下垂。结果 全部患者取得较满意疗效。结论 通过上述手术可使长期配戴义眼患者的外观改善 。
Objective To approach satisfactory surgeries for lid abnormity with long term wearing of artificial eye.Methods Firstly, hydroxyapatite was implanted in the orbit, half a year after the above surgery, Medpor plates were inserted into the lower lid to support tarsal plate and correct the lid chalasis, and finally the upper eyelid ptosis was corrected by a suitable surgery. The above methods were used for the treatment of 18 cases.Results Satisfactory therapeutic effects were obtained in all the cases.Conclusion The facial appearance is improved by the above operations in cases who have worn artificial eye a long time, particularly the insertion of Medpor for correction of lower lid chalasis.
