摘要
利用激光熔凝的方法,对铸铁凸轮轴进行了表面改性试验,从而获得了提高其性能的优化工艺参数。熔凝层显微组织的观察发现,其合金组织细小、表面硬度显著提高,达到了提高使用寿命的目的。
Laser melting was applied for surface modification of low alloy cast iron camshaft.To improve properties of the hardening layer,the optimum parameter of laser melting was obtained.Through the examination of the microstructures of melting layer by SEM,it was found that the finer microstructure,the higher surface hardness,the longer service life of cast iron camshaft.
