摘要
研究了2A12铝合金在硅酸盐电解液中微弧氧化的尺寸变化。研究表明氧化膜由硬度较低的莫来石层和硬度较高的有效层组成,有效层占膜层总厚度的三分之二以上。铝合金表面经半精加工或精加工后进行微弧氧化,表面粗糙度增大,几何尺寸增大;氧化层中莫来石层与有效层的介面处在基体金属的原始表面附近±0.03mm范围内;微弧氧化后经微量的磨抛加工除去莫来石层,既能充分保留性能优异的有效层,又能保证零件的尺寸精度。
The dimensional change of 2A12 aluminum alloy by microarc oxidation in silicate electrolyte has been investigated. The results show that the oxidation film contains Mullite with lower rigidity and valid coating with higher rigidity, the valid coating can finally be more than two-thirds of total thickness of film. Both roughness degree and geometry dimension of surface on aluminum alloy augment by microarc oxidation after half-exact or exact processing; The interface of Mullite and valid coating is near from original surface of samples with the range of±0.053 mm. Removing Mullite by a little processing after microarc oxidation, the valid coating of good property can be retained well and the dimensional precision of part can be guaranteed, too.
