摘要
以龙胆种子为试验材料,研究了温度、光照、赤霉素和贮藏方式对龙胆种子萌发的影响。结果表明,贮藏5年~6年的龙胆种子在20℃±1℃的温度下萌发率最高;100mg/L^200mg/L的赤霉素浓度处理能显著提高种子发芽率;龙胆种子需光萌发;真空塑封的种子在-18℃±1℃温度条件下寿命可以保存至6年。
The effects of the different gibberellin treatment ,temperature ,lightness and storage method on seed germination of Gentiana scabra were studied .The results show that 100mg/L-200mg/L gibberellin and lightness can significantly improve the germination rate of the seed . The germination rate of the seed stored 5years-6years is the highest at 20℃ ± 1℃ temperature .Vacuum encapsulation of seeds can be saved to 6 years at -18℃ ± 1℃ temperature .
