摘要
本文主要针对安徽省高校体育教师离职倾向的现状进行调查.在研究的过程当中主要运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计法等.调查结果表明:安徽省大部分高校体育教师对于目前的工作非常满意并不存在离职倾向,但是不可忽视的是,仍然有部分高校体育教师存在离职倾向.影响安徽省高校体育教师离职的因素主要有:社会环境因素、学校环境因素、家庭环境因素、自身因素.基于此种情况,主要提出如下建议:加强对高校体育教师的爱岗教育;提高高校体育教师的社会地位;解决部分高校体育教师的编制问题;加强高校体育教师的专业培训.
This paper mainly does the investigation about the present situation of sports teachers 'turnover intention in colleges of Anhui Province .It uses the literature data method , questionnaire survey method , inter-view method and mathematical statistics method .The result shows that:the majority of sports teachers are very satisfied with the current work in colleges and universities of Anhui province , so there is no turnover intention . But it can't be ignored that part of sports teachers are most likely to leave still .The factors that affect the sepa-ration are:social environment, school environment , family environment, and self-factors.Based on this situ-ation , it mainly puts forward following suggestions:strengthen the love education of sports teachers in colleges and universities; improve the social status of sports teachers in colleges and universities; solve part of the sports teachers'preparation;strengthen the professional training of sports teachers in colleges and universities .
