摘要
经过营养强化和提高水温等生殖调控措施,螭霖鱼的繁殖提早到3月上旬,雌鱼产卵率为60%,各批次受精率在40-90%,孵化率在61-85%,出苗率在30-45%.正交试验结果表明,影响螭霖鱼繁殖最主要的环境因素是温度.
By controlling water temperature and the nutrition reinforced conditioning of broodstock , the propagation of varicorhinus macrolepis was moved up to early march , 60% of females were sexually mature , the fertilization rate was 40-90%, the hatching rate was 61-85%, and the viable fry rate was 30-45%. Results of orthogonal test showed that the temperature was the main environmental factor , which influenced the early propagation of varicorhinus macrolepis .
