摘要
CaCu3Ti4O12陶瓷具有巨介电性,有助于电容器、存储器等电子器件向高性能化和尺寸微型化的进一步发展。研究了富含CuO对CaCu3Ti4O12陶瓷的显微结构和介电性能的影响,结果表明:富含CuO可促进CaCu3Ti4O12陶瓷晶粒的长大和提高均匀性,富含CuO有利于增加CaCu3Ti4O12陶瓷的介电性能的稳定性,且介电性能的稳定性跟陶瓷晶粒的均匀性有着一定的关系。
CaCu3 Ti4 O12 ceramics has giant dielectric.Therefore it is expected to make the capacitor,memory and other elec-tronic device further development towards high performance and size miniaturization.This paper studies the influence of r ich CuO on microstructure and dielectric properties of CaCu3 Ti4 O12 ceramics.The result indicate that rich CuO improve grain growth and uniformity of CaCu3 Ti4 O12 ceramic,rich CuO can improve the stability of CaCu3 Ti4 O12 ceramics'dielectric properties.And the stability of CaCu3 Ti4 O12 ceramics'dielectric properties have relation to the uniformity of ceramic grain.
