摘要
我国加入WTO之后,铁路冷藏运输面临极大的挑战,主要来自于食品安全、运输技术与运输工具、相关规章及政策等方面。加入WTO也给我国的铁路冷藏运输带来了机遇,提供了广阔的运输市场,同时为铁路冷藏运输的改革和发展注入了新的活力。
Luo Rongwu: Traffic and Transportation Department of Central South University, Prelector, Changsha 410075After entering the WTO, CR refrigerated transport faces many challenges, which come from safety of food, transport technologyand facility, relative regulations and policies. After entering the WTO, it also brings about opportunities for CR refrigerated transport,it provides larger transport market, and infill new energy for the reform and development of railway refrigerated transport at thesame time.
