摘要
报道了在聚合物钻井液中加入 3%市售聚合醇JCP 1得到的聚合醇钻井液的应用性能和在水平井钻井中的应用。在室内实验研究中发现 ,加入 1%~ 3%JCP 1的聚合物钻井液 ,其漏斗粘度、滤失量、塑性粘度和动切力变化很小 ;在聚合物钻井液中加入 3%JCP 1,使 10 0℃滚动 16h后页岩回收率由 5 8%升至 86 % ,使 80℃下形成的滤饼摩擦系数由 0 .1降至 0 .0 38,摩阻降低 6 3% ;使储层岩心渗透率的恢复率由 71%增至 94 %。在 4 2口井水平井段钻井中使用聚合醇钻井液 ,均未出现钻井事故 ,这些井投产后有多口井自喷 ,3口井产油量超过 10 0t/d。详细介绍了永 12平 4井概况和使用聚合醇钻井液的效果 :井具与井壁间摩擦阻力由 2 80kN降至 90~ 110kN ;无垮塌掉块现象 ,井径扩大率仅 6 .6 8% ;地层渗透率恢复率由 71.2 % (聚合物钻井液 ,- 1340m处 )升至 84 .0 % (- 15 6 0m)和 87.0 % (- 184 0m ,水平段 )。该井投产后产量是邻近直井的 9倍。表 2参
The performance properties and uses in drilling horizontal wells of a polyglycol fluid prepared by introducing 3% of commercial polyglycol JCP 1 into a polymer fluid are presented. In laboratory experiments it is found that the funnel and plastic viscosities, filtrate loss, and yield stress of the polymer fluid with and without 1-3% of JCP 1 added are close each to other; introducing 3% of JCP 1 into the polymer fluid leads to decrease in friction coeficient of the filter cake formed at 80℃ from 0.1 to 0.038 , that is, by 63% and to increase in permeability recovery for reservoir cores from 71% to 94%. The polyglycol fluid has been used in drilling 42 horizontal wells and no troubles connected with drilling appear. The production of many of these wells performs by the way of self flow and the productivity of 3 of them is >100 t/d at the initial stage of production. The general situation of and the use of polyglycol drilling fluid in horizontal well Y12H4 are described in some detail: the friction resistance between the drilling tool and the borehole wall is reduced from 280 kN to 90-110 kN; no slough occurs and the borehole enlargement is of 6.68% only; the permeability recovery is increased from 71.2% for polymer fluid in section of -1 340 m to 84.0% (-1 560 m) and 87.0% (-1 840 m , in horozontal section). The productivity of this well is 9 times higher than that of a neighboring vertical well.
