摘要
研究了两种活塞环-缸套摩擦副(Nb环-Nb套,WVTi环-Nb套)的硬度差对其耐磨性的影响规律。试验结果表明,活塞环与缸套的硬度差过大,对其摩擦副的耐磨性有不利影响。对Nb环-Nb套摩擦副来说,二者硬度相当时,其耐磨性最好;对WVTi环-Nb套来说,当活塞环硬度稍大于缸套硬度时,其耐磨性最好。
The effect of hardness difference between piston ring and cylinder liner upon their wear resistance has been investigated, two matched pairs with different materials are involved, namely, ring and liner both made of Neobium cast iron for the one, while ring made of WVTi cast iron and liner of Noobium cast iron for the another, The experimental results show that excessive hardness difference between ring and liner will unfavorably affect wear resistance of the matched pair. When a Nb ring matched with a Nb liner and both hardness is about the same, or a WVTi ring matched with a Nb liner and the ring is slightly harder than the liner, both pairs get the best wear resistance.
