摘要
针对吐哈油田红台区块泥岩易水化膨胀、剥落掉块及油层损害较严重的特点,优选出了抑制性强、润滑性好、油层保护效果好的聚合醇钻井液体系。评价了聚合醇的抑制性和润滑性,确定了聚合醇钻井液配方,分析了其油层保护效果。该钻井液在红台区块现场应用了3口井。3口应用井均未发生井下复杂情况,与同区块使用其它钻井液体系的井相比,在平均并深增加的情况下钻井周期缩短了23d;表皮系数均小于3,油层得到了较好的保护,表明该钻井液具有优良的抑制性能和良好的润滑性能,适合强水敏性地层的钻井,而且荧光级别低,不影响地质录井,特别适合探井的油层保护。
In Tuha hongtai block, problems of serious hydration and dispersion in mudstone formation often lead to severe formation damage. A polyol drilling fluid with strong inhibition, good lubrication characteristics was developed. Meanwhile, the inhibition and lubrication of polyol and properties of the drilling fluid formulation and its protect reservoir effect were evaluated. The drilling fluid was used in three wells in Tuha hongtai block and no complex accidents happened. Comparing with the other drilling fluids in the same block, the average well depth was increased and drilling period was shorted by 23 days, skin factor is lower than 3. These figures showed that the drilling fluid not only has strong inhibition and better lubrication but also has low fluorescence. It can be used to drill in strong water sensitivity formation especially in exploration well for its low fluorescence.
