摘要
利用CBMdisc、MEDLINE、CSCD等数据库,对哈尔滨医科大学发表的学术论文及被引证情况等进行产出力与影响力的文献计量学研究,旨在为科研管理部门提供科研绩效评价理论依据,并试图得出其对院校科研管理和科研水平产生积极推动作用的结论。
To provide the evidence for efficient evaluation and management of scientific research, it was analyzed that the productivity , impact and citation of scientific articles produced by the authors at Harbin Med-ical University in this paper by retrieval of databases such as CBMdis、Medline and CSCD. This work would provide constructive suggestion and promote both the scientific research and scientific management at Harbin Medical University.
