摘要
目的 :研究牙本质领对牙体应力的影响 ,揭示箍效应的力学本质。方法 :建立上中切牙桩核修复的三维有限元模型 ,分析 10 0N静载荷下 ,牙本质领高度由 0~ 2mm按 0 5mm递增 ,共 5种情况下 ,牙体内VonMises应力的变化和分布规律。结果 :①在 10 0N载荷下 ,牙体内VonMises应力由桩末端向牙颈部方向逐渐升高 ,并在颊侧根颈 1/ 3和颈缘形成两个应力高峰区。②增加牙本质领高度可以降低牙体内VonMises应力峰值。结论 :牙本质领对牙体具有一定的保护作用 。
Objective:To study the effect of the dental collar on the stress magnitude in the dentin and make clear the biomechanical properties of the ferrule effect.Methods:A computer model of the central incisor was established and a 100N static load was applied at 45 degree to the long axis of the tooth at incisal 1/3.The three dimensional finite element method was carried out to investigate the role of dental collar in determining the magnitude and distribution of Von Mises stress as the heights of the dental collar varied from 0mm to 0 5mm at an interval of 0 5mm.Results: ① Under 100N static load,two high Von Mises stress areas occurred at coronal third and cervical margin in the buccal face of the root.② Dental collar had the effect of reducing the peak Von Mises stress in dentin.Conclusion: The dental collar can be helpful in reducing the stress levels in dentin.In clinical work,the residual coronal tissue should be preserved when possible.
