摘要
目的 以大黄酚、大黄酸、大黄素甲醚、芦荟大黄素、大黄素为指标对甘肃礼县栽培大黄的组织化学进行研究 ,为大黄的加工提供了科学依据。方法 采用薄层扫描法。结果 大黄中的活性成分含量以韧皮部最高 ,髓部次之 ,木质部最低。结论 为保证大黄质量 ,同时减少资源浪费 ,应采用中国传统的加工习惯 ,采用原皮大黄。
Objective To study the histochemistry of Rheum palmatum L. cultivated in Gansu province, China. Method The components of chrysophanol, rhein, physicion, physicion, emodin were determined by thin layer chromatographic densitometry. Result The active component content in phloem was the highest, while, successively, in pith and in xylem. Conclusion To guarantee the quantity of cultivated Rheum palmatum and redue the waste of resources, the traditional method should be adopted, and the original skin of Rheum palmatum should be used as the medicine.
