摘要
目的:观察羊栖菜多糖(SFP)的降血脂作用及其可能的机制。方法:以高脂饲料、果糖喂养、静脉注射表面活性剂(Triton WR-1339)、脂肪乳(英脱匹利)等方法造成大鼠或家兔高脂模型,灌胃给予SFP,测定用药不同时期血脂水平。结果:SFP 0.031~1g·kg^(-1)剂量范围内,对由高脂饲料、Triton WR-1339和果糖引起的大鼠高脂血症具有明显的保护作用,0.025~0.1g·kg^(-1)剂量范围内也能明显降低食饵性高脂家兔的血脂水平,但对静脉注射英脱匹利大鼠的脂质清除速率无明显影响。结论:SFP对高脂血动物模型具有明显的降脂作用,其作用机制并非是促进体内脂质的代谢与消除,而可能是减少外源性脂质在胃肠道的吸收。
ObjectiveTo observe the antihyperlipidemic effect and its possible mechanism of SFP. Method SD rats or NZ rabbits were fed on high-lipid food, fructose or injected intravenously with Triton WR-1339 or Intralipid to induce a series of hyperlipemia models, then the levels of serum lipids such as TC,TG.HDL-C.LDL-C.VLDL-C.TC/HDL were determined after a long or short period of orally administration of SFP. Results At the dosage from 0. 031 g· kg-1 to 1g · kg-1 , SFP can decrease significantly the levels of serum lipids in the hyperlipemia models and also can decrease the level of serum lipids after injecting intravenously with Triton WR-1339 in rats, but at the dosage from 0. 025g · kg-1 to 0. 2g · kg-1, SFP can not affect the clearence rate of blood lipid which was injected intravenously with Intralipid. Conclusion SFP has antihyperlipidemic effects on hyperlipemia models, its mechanism maybe related to its inhibiting the absorption of exterior lipids from GI tract.
