摘要
目的 :观察折叠人工晶体植入的视力 ,术中、术后并发症、术后散光发生。方法 :对 2 75例白内障采用经透明角膜超声乳化白内障吸除术 ,联合折叠人工晶体植入术。结果 :术后第一天视力≥ 0 .5者占 92 .9% ,≥ 75 .0 %。术后三个月视力≥ 0 .5者占 97.0 % ,≥ 1.0为 81.3 %。术后前房炎症反应发生率低且程度很轻 ,只有 2例 ,占 0 .72 %。术后散光小。结论 :折叠人工晶体植入后前房反应轻微 ,术后效果好 ,视力佳。术后散光小。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the visual acuities, complications in and after surgery, the astigmatic after the foldable Iol implantation. METHODS: 275 cases with cataract underwent phacoemulsification combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation through corneal.RESULTS: The postoperation visual acuity≥0.5 in 92.9%,≥1.0 in 75.0%. In the first day; ≥0.5 in 97.0%,≥1.0 in 81.3% in months. The incident rate of the antierior chamber reacting is low, as well as slight impact, only 2 cases in 0.72% after the surgery. CONCLUSION: The anterior chamber reacts slight, with good effect, perfect visual acuity and low astigmatic after the foldable Iol implantations.
