摘要
目的合成可提高药物吸收度的含烟酸的高分子纳米微球。方法通过DCC法和酰氯法将降血脂药物烟酸以酯键连接到甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯上得到不饱和的含烟酸的单体(MP)化合物,在此基础上用乳液聚合法制备含烟酸的纳米级高分子微球。结果单体和聚合物的结构均经核磁共振谱确定,微球的粒径及表观形态用透射电子显微镜观测。结论乳液聚合法是合成含烟酸高分子药物微球的一种行之有效的方法。
Aim To synthesize high medicine-absorbance polymeric nano-microspheres containing nicotinic acid. Method The unsaturated monomer MP was synthesized through the reaction of nicotinic acid and methacrylic acid-2-hydroxyethyl ester by using two different methods(DCC or acyl chloride). Then the nano-microspheres were made from the above compound monomer by using emulsion polymerization. Result The monomer MP and its polymer were characterized by H-NMR. The size and hydrodynamic radius distribution of the nano-microspheres were measured by the transmission electron microscope. Conclusion Polymeric microspheres that contain nicotinic acid can be effectively synthesized by using emulsion polymerization.
