摘要
液体模塑技术以其独特的工艺性能在国际上引起了越来越广泛的关注 ,本文对液体模塑用低温不饱和聚酯树脂工艺性能进行了系统的研究 ,分析了引发剂、促进剂、温度及添加剂对树脂体系的动力学和流变学性能的影响 ;讨论了树脂与纤维浸润性问题 ;并对添加剂对树脂的体积收缩率和力学性能的影响进行了研究。
Liquid composite molding (LCM) has become increasingly popular for its outstanding processability. In this paper the processing property of unsaturated polyester resin for LCM at low temperature is studied systematically. The effect of initiator, accelerant, temperature and additives on the kinetics and rheology is analyzed, and the impregnation between resin and fiber is discussed. Furthermore, the influence of additives on the shrinkage and mechanical properties of resin casting is described.
